Joseph has enhanced his experience with his dedication to continuing education and his constant drive to take his skills to the next level. Joseph's experience with different kinds of lending institutions allowed him to determine their shortcomings and then build his own practice based on overcoming them. The trigger to open his own practice was simple: while working at institutions, he was unable to help everyone who walked through his door. As the wife of Joseph Trombetta for 16 years, Gina is no stranger to the mortgage business. Gina comes to us with honours degrees in both business administration and education, with a professional background in project and systems management. Gina eagerly anticipates the completion of the requirements for her AMP designation in the coming months. The decision to make the move to a career in the mortgage business was made originally as support to her husband, but has transitioned to an exciting role as a mortgage consultant. Following a 6 year account management role for an equipment financing company, the move to a career as a mortgage consultant was a logical step for Jerry. Rita Pugliese was born in Hamilton, Ontario, and is a graduate of Mohawk College, specializing in the Computer Technology Systems Program. For many years, Rita worked in the Private Sector as Project Manager responsible for implementing financial systems. More recently, Rita has embarked upon a rewarding career in the Mortgage and Loans Industry after having successfully completed her AMP designation. Since Rita has achieved personal and financial success in the management of her own investments in private properties, she has made it her personal goal to help others in attaining financial gains by providing sound advice about personal and investment mortgages. Rita always provides her clients with unparalleled service and attention. After Vel graduated from York University with a degree in Business Administration, he pursued his dream of "Business Ownership" by venturing into franchising. He spent the next 18 years gaining valuable business experience owning and operating multiple fast-food outlets. While he no longer satisfies the hunger needs of his clients, he is satisfying his clients' needs of home ownership and financial security. Vel as a mortgage planner has a mission to ensure his clients are completely satisfied with his level of service that they will with confidence refer family, friends and colleagues. When Vel is not helping people fulfill there dreams, he is spending time with his wife and best friend Lucy and there three lovely children Megan, Matt and Kyle.
